CUNY Renews 167,000-SF Lease at 255 Greenwich

The Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC), part of the City University of New York (CUNY) - one of the city's largest public academic institutions, has renewed its 167,072-square-foot lease at Jack Resnick & Son's 255 Greenwich Street.

The tenant, in the building since 2003, will continue to occupy five full floors including the second and 10th - 14th, for a 20-year term. Current enrollment at the academic institution totals 24,000 students from 160 countries in degree programs and 12,000 more in continuing education programs. 

255 Greenwich is a 14-story, 594,091-square-foot, 4-Star office building constructed in 1987 on 1.1 acres in the World Trade Center submarket of Manhattan, between Park Place and Murray Street. The asset is fully leased, home to RR Donnelly & Sons, City of New York Office of Management and Budget, Tradition North America, andFairway Market.
