Port jervis is an old railroad city situated by the delaware and neversink rivers in orange county, new york, bordering pennsylvania and new jersey. Port jervis is 85 miles outside of new york city and is also the last stop on the nj transit port jervis commuter line which connects to hoboken, nj and new york penn station.
