Boys’ and girls’ soccer
The St. Cecilia boys’ and girls’ soccer teams represented the school with pride at both the “Giochi della Gioventu,” and St. Joan of Arc Tournaments this month. The girls’ soccer program took a giant leap forward by not only achieving its original objective by scoring its first ever goal, but also winning its first games and advancing to the semi-finals at the St. Joan Tournament.

The girls played inspired soccer and have ensured ongoing success for girls soccer at St. Cecilia. The boys also competed hard at both tournaments to finish the season with respect after playing in the consolation round at the St. Joan tournament.  Thank you to our coaches, Mr. Dulcigno, Mr. D’Agostini, Ms. Castriota and Miss Wolsegger for taking time to teach our boys and girls the skills of soccer. We are very proud of both teams.  Go Crusaders Go!
